Made a "Boar's Head" delivery at 4:00 am this morning in "Valley park, MO".
It was a backing from the street.. don't hit the yellow pole, don't go into the hole on right, don't hit the stop sign, don't hit the boar's head truck and put the trailer past the garage door about 10 feet and please don't hit the building! I love a challenge! (Trailer 5 inches from the entrance Wall)

Been there done that. Got to give most of these distributors credit, if they can find the poopiest, disgusting, not made for a big truck building, it’s these folks.

Is that the one you park on the side of the building?

That’s it, in a residential area, where all you see is no truck signs.

    Silverdriver and Finfn1372 Thank this.

Lumber Liquidators has 'em beat in my experience. It was a Lumber Liquidator load where I blew a tire on the way into their lot because you can't get a truck in there without hopping the curb, and then when that was fixed the receiver told me the best way to get out of their parking lot was to drive over the dividing median (and between two trees) that separated their lot from the next one over and leave from their neighbor's lot.

I’ve said for six years now, if it’s the armpit of receivers, we’ll find them.

    Yep!
And I forgot to mention that you must back into this place doing an angle, then go straight in. I tell you if anybody wants to develop there backing skills Abilene has the loads for you. I just like going to different places and seeing the next big challenge.

He was telling you to do the "Evel Knievel Stunt" I don't know if you know or remember him.

I ain't as old as JohnBoy, but I'm old enough to have had an Evel Knievel-style bicycle when I was a lad, as well as numerous Evel Kneivel toys. Think I even dressed up as him for Halloween one year when I was a tyke.

DOT torture done for another 2 years. First time I’ve gotten a 2 year card in 2 years! BP was great this time. Must have something to do with the workouts, eating better, and water consumption. Oh, and I’m not stressed out to the max by my mother and Abilene. My new mantra for work is, “I get paid by the hour. It’s all good.” when I’m dealing with slow traffic, shipper or receivers. And for my mother, it’s, “Clearly this woman has lost her mind so I’m just going to ignore it!” (Just kidding! Well, sort of!).
