Did they forgot to tighten the oil filter?

 

The gasket on one of the filters had a rip.

 

I can tell you that our system crashed this morning sometime in the wee hours. Want to know how I know? I started getting all kinds of text messages from FourKites - AT 4 AM ON MY DAY OFF -which woke me out of a dead sleep. Something that, for me, is hard to come by. Called and raised some cain (because this forum won’t let you use curse words) with dispatch. And when I finally was able to get comfortable again and was just about to get back into that nice sleep, guess what? YEP. ANOTHER ROUND OF THEM. Now I’m really pissed because I am officially awake - ON A DAY WHEN I DID NOT HAVE TO GET UP EARLY.
That is all.

 

I hate that FourKites stuff and am particularly vexed that there doesn't seem to be a way to opt-out of them permanently.

 

I learned back long ago,when it's sleep time phone goe's on vibrate.

Back when Cole was still on night's,I had a load that I had to recover from another driver going to Canon in Chesapeake,apparently it was going to shut the whole plant down if I didn't get it there ontime,he call's me 2 hour's before break's up to see if i'm awake.

 

Not just vibrate, mine goes on do not disturb.

 

Unfortunately, I can’t do that. If something happens with my mother, i need to be reachable. Even though do not disturb lets certain people call, the monitoring company calls from different numbers each time.

 

Welp sitting in Spiceland,ta came out last night and fixed the problem.Finishing this reset,than taking my bh load down toward's Atlanta for Monday morning.

 

Which actually, legally, resets your 10 hour break... lol

 

What phone do you have? I think on iOS if the same number calls a second time within five minutes it bypasses the dnd...

But... that wouldn’t help if they use a different number each time... lol

Someone should inform that monitoring company that using the same number to contact there clients might be a rather important detail... even if just having them in Contacts as the Monitoring Company... lol
