I’d rather have a root canal.

I was going to ask the same thing as I too thought it was on the QC... which would be a nice feature.

What brand of GPS is that?
I don’t think my RM has that feature.

    Silverdriver Thanks this.

Rand McNally with the WiFi feature. I run it of my phones hotspot.

With all the things they have invented to improve the truck performance and safety they should have that feature.

Welp, I have managed to avoid it for 2.5 years of solo driving despite a few false alarms along the way, but apparently my number is well and truly up today: I gotta go to Brooklyn.

I haven't done this since I was in training. If someone wants to let me know how best to approach the last few miles of the journey after the Goethals Bridge, that would be swell. IIRC, you take exit 31? Flatbush avenue? Inquiring minds wanna know. Especially since I have a 4:00am delivery.

I guess I don't need routing info because I got that from the Qualcomm. (I never use that function so I forget it's there.)

Is the bullpen open 24 hours during the week? I'm probably going to be rolling in around 11:00pm or later, just wondering what my options are for parking. Unload is scheduled for 4:00am, also have a reload there at 10:00am to bring back to Jarratt. Will they let me stay in the bullpen that long? Where can I park if the bullpen is full?

That bullpen makes me nervous... but that’s just me... the few times that my number has been selected, I was able to park on the streets in that general area... 4am will be fine to bump the dock but the one time I had to drop, wait, and grab another load, it had pushed into the hours when that area wakes up, so be prepared for extra car traffic and pedestrians for that 10am LLD.

    And Good Luck...
