Returning from Minneapolis, MN to Markham tonight... to pickup trailer there for LUL 14 miles away... lol

Anything in the Markham area worth seeing? Looks like I’ll have tomorrow morning off.

I-10 shutdown in Louisiana here at mm 109 westbound. Empty flatbed semi rolled himself over in the construction zone blocking everything. Think he tried to pass ppl and hit center divider. I don’t understand hauling ### through narrow construction zones. Had mirrors damaged a few times from idiots doing that being in a hurry. Had a Schneider lease truck almost take my left mirror off other day in a 3 lane construction zone while he was racing another driver.....Not going to get around with what time I got left on my clock so I shut it down at this pilot that was conveniently located right where they were routing ppl off. Be in Laredo Thursday instead of tomorrow. At least it is FCFS where Im going so no set appt.

 

Swap O Rama flea market, but only on weekends.

 

My son-in-law’s father fell 15’ off a ladder doing that kind of stuff recently.

 

Memorial day I left the Colton yard to go pickup a load at Nogales, Arizona. There was no heavy traffic at all in CA.
Looking at my left mirror I see way back a state trooper with lights on chasing this small white car.
They pass me and the car cuts in front of me; not leaving any space for the state trooper to continue behind him! I slow the truck down to let the officer in.
The driver kept changing lanes ignoring the state trooper ( Like is not me right ).
After 5 miles ( No exaggeration) of the state trooper following this driver he finally gives up and parks to the shoulder.
The state trooper gets out and I can see his face boiling red hot... Angry!
I guess that driver got a nice Big Memorial Day ticket... One that he will never forget!
