That was good experience for her.Personally I don't think Donner is all that bad in good weather.It's the traffic in Sacramento & San Francisco bay area that I find dangerous !!

 

Called and spoke with Shawn in recruiting. He said when Sally gets off lunch they're gonna go over my app. Fingers crossed!

 

Got to my final last night with just enough time to do a 10. Unloaded and took the reefer over to Stockton. Now sitting in San Jose waiting to get unloaded.

 

Good deal. Did you mention me?

 

Yeah I mentioned everyone I've been talking to so far. He said that all the trainers have trainees right now, but I don't mind waiting.

 

Just be patient, study while you wait and everything will work out. This is a great place so far and the guys on here are the ones I have to thank for me choosing abilene!

 

Oh yeah I don't mind waiting. I've heard nothing but good about this place, and the fact that I'm only about 10-15 minutes from the terminal makes it that much better.

 

I was worried about making this change and battled back and forth, I worried everyone from Sally and Shawn to the drivers on here and I finally decided to come and I am so glad I did. In my 12 years experience I realize there is no perfect company but there is a such thing as a bad one. Not sure how old you are or your home situation but if you wanna run and be a real driver, I am confident we have the freight so you can make good money. The very nice trucks are just a bonus.
