    WHAT???

We are now actually being proactive about equipment issues and using the technology available to us instead of just saying “bring it into the shop sometime and we will hook a computer up to it”???

    Well, that’s new... :D

And speaking of new... who is the older gentleman (and by older I mean probably my age... lol) in the Shop with the salt n pepper beard... I don’t think I know him or is he new?

Last time my Truck was in the shop he seemed to be on top of what’s happening and was able to tell me the status of my truck off the top of his head... and tell me what the plan was for it and time estimate was for completion too.

Yes, this stuck me as new as well... lol

Whoever he is, I fully support this approach!!!

My 4090 trip out here just turned into a 5085 trip. Someone made a big mistake back at the mothership and Hill. They forgot to put a crate on the bill that had a compressor on it for my Salem Or drop, had it mixed in with my last drop, my last drop said they have no use for a refrigeration compressor. Now guess who’s going back 895 miles to Salem Or?

LoL! Yeah he called as soon as I got the display messages about my after treatment system going haywire. Prob because if NOx sensors go bad or anything with that system really, it can mess with engine performance and fuel mileage.

Every last mile and an extra stop for a total of 4 stop offs.

This has been the biggest trip ever and all done in 8 days.

Good. I’d hate to see them try the “sorry, we’re not responsible for their screwups” bit on you.

They wouldn’t. Even though things have changed in the last year or so, they’ve always been good about paying you when it’s their fault. This was an LTL load coming out here, all three shippers pay big time for getting their freight to get delivered.

So... when one orders a Steak “Medium Rare” ... does it count if half is Medium and the other half is Rare???

I guess it does when you are at the Quaker Steak & Lube at the Petro in Columbia, SC.
