My take on CPM. There’s more to it then CPM.

There’s your yearly 1 cent mileage bonus that’s paid right before Christmas for all miles run from 1/1-11/30.

There’s the 2 cent monthly mileage bonus paid for safety and mileage.

There’s the 1 cent longevity raise you get every year on your anniversary.

There’s the vacation pay that’s paid based on your average weekly pay.

There’s the hometime that’s second to none.

Based on these numbers, for me, this comes out to $73K when I run solo and $88K when I train. My deal is this, I’ll go out and give the company 2.5-3 weeks, then home for at least 5 days.

If you stay here long enough, your CPM could be north of .48 also.

Filling a application this weekend , talked to a recruiter over Facebook on their page. Told them I have 5 months experience over 40k miles driven since March 2019 when I got my CDL March 2019. I’m currently making 43cpm at another company, can anyone tell me what’s the truck governed too ? I’m out of Virginia Beach, Va not far from their termal 1hr 20min.

You’re not far from me. I live in Windsor. Trucks are governed at 72-73.
