That was a sincere thank you to the guys in the shop. I can't write on here what I think about the person that left that trailer on the yard.

Oh, I get it. We can try and write something, it might get taken away by the mods, but at least we can at least start the dialogue. I'm going to bed, it's been a long day. Be safe, talk to you later.

Here I will start. Bet it won't get deleted:

Attention Co Workers. We are required to PTI EVERY trailer before and after towing. we are REQUIRED to right up and have repaired any AND ALL defective equipment. Please do your jobs as the rest of us do ours. Thank you.

Abilene have a system in place that knows who last drove that trailer
or the last 5 guys that drove that trailer
all 8 tires do not happen overnight

At Trans Am they added another form on the elog that said you inspected the trailer you picked up

I got stuck at a meat plant for 24 hours once and during my boredom
pti'd every dropped empty on the lot
12 out of 16 had something wrong

of course Trans Am didnt want to pay me any extra to drag them to the tire shop
    so they just sat there

another meat house i watched a trans am truck pull right out without a mudflap and a flat

No we don't Pete. You would think a company that requires 2 years experience to work at would garner a few drivers that can do the program. This isn't the first time I've heard this, in fact it happened to me last month on a drop and hook. Thank god the trailer went back to richmond empty with me. I wrote it up with the shop and they handed me a red tag to put on it.

Yep sittin in the dock at my unload in Jackson, TN. Almost done but I sent in an empty a little bit ago hoping that the powers that be will work on something now to get me back for my appt Fri morn. I'm a 100 miles east of the West Memphis yard so maybe there is something there I can drag back to Richmond.

Picked up a preload at the yard awhile back with a tight schedule. Had to sit in the shop for a few hours waiting on all 8 to be changed. Chris was freaking out.

Saw an Abilene-O at the truckstop north of Middlebury In this morning. 1291 maybe?
