Don’t have all of the facts, so I can’t say.

I'm betting a rollover from taking a cloverleaf too fast.

So... I paid the “Trucker Tax” yesterday...

I’ve been parking at my local Walmart on and off since I started driving in 2015... never a problem... this weekend, I checked on the Truck a couple times during the weekend... but come Monday morning... POOF... GONE... I thought my wife was joking when she said “THE TRUCK, ITS GONE!!!”... but nope ... no where to be found... long story short, someone got a wild hair for the first time in four years and had me towed...

$874... paid... and they charge for both truck and trailer separately... so double Admin Fee as they processed both separately instead of one Combo Vehicle... double towing even though they towed it together... and two days storage because they touched it on Sunday afternoon and I was there to pick it up at 7:30am Monday.

The other rather minor aspect, it took some four hours to get a piece of paper from “The Owner” to allow them to release a company truck to a company driver.

ya, that’s a nice start to this week... :-(

Lonesome, dwells40 and Finfn1372 Thank this.

Slid under one of those new Utility Reefer Trailers this morning... looks darn sharp but seems so odd to open swing doors on a Reefer.

    jarhead0311 and Finfn1372 Thank this.

Yay! 0130 BH delivery appt....Was hoping for a Fife load but got Sanford FL instead. This is going to be fun to figure out parking wise after unload. Ill be on DM tomorrow all day to try and make sure I got a load after empty Friday. Going to suck if I gotta find parking and wait 7 or so hours for ppl to get in office.....I keep getting crap appt times lately.....At least my miles are staying up though....

Another wonderful day... LUL tonight at a Tyson... (chicken for pet food)... the address I have turns out to be for the Front Door and not Shipping/Receiving... from the satellite view it looks like you can drive in and around the main building... NOPE... had to back out and around a corner, at night and in the rain, to get out.

no signs at the entrance saying “NO TRUCKS”... guard says there is one out on the Main Street... some five blocks from the entrance. I not so nicely suggested maybe a sign here too in order to avoid exactly what I’m going to do... blind side back at night in the rain... on a busy road with employees coming and going... he says “they’ve been told and you are not the only one that has had to do this”

I get to S/R and they can’t take the product ... ok, I’m out of clock, can I park here for the night... “nope”.... ok, I’ll be back in the morning... “nope”... trailer can’t leave once it’s on site... LOL

Whole lot is packed full of trailers... luckily the yard dog saw me and said drop it there and he would move it... OK!!! ... drop the trailer and left...

Did I mention the rain??? lol :)
