Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

Lol. I wouldn’t change my job I’ve been at the last 7 years with 2 more years to retirement because people like you think with a closed mind. You THINK you have the answers and know everything, you're highly mistaken. Dude, I’m happy we’re I’m at, and quite frankly, I enjoy my job. Now if I had to work someplace to make you happy, that’s a different story, last time I checked, I don’t need to work anyplace to make someone else happy. Read my previous post, maybe you missed a few points I alluded to.

 

Starting week 2 off. Did get a phone call yesterday from my DM reminding me about my delivery on Monday morning 6 miles down from the house. I’ll be coming out on the 2nd. Been rather busy on the home front. We’re having our pool refinished starting next week, that’s going to be a week long adventure. Our house will be 15 years this May since we had it built and are changing out all the flooring. We’re also changing out all the granite countertops in the kitchen and having all 15 high hat lights in the house replaced. We also bought a new Sleep Number bed, which might not seem like a big thing, but I’ve finally had a good night sleep for the first time in 3 years. Oh my wife’s lease expired and got her a new Cadillac XT5. I reckon it’s time to go back to work next week, just out of boredom. Lol.

 

lol. Right. I mean to be quite honest, my wife does work and contributes. But that’s a whole other topic.

 

lol. I’ll let the mods handle you. You’re a nothing to me. Middle aged douche. Cute. Make sure you look at everything. Brag? Nothing to brag about, settled in for retirement? Absolutely. I’ll just say one more thing that will really get you worked up about me and my middle age bald head, retirement comes with a price tag, and both my wife and I have been advised over the years with our financial advisor that it will take a million dollars of net worth to retire comfortably, we achieved that goal 5 years ago, despite my bald head, senior citizen status and the rest of your statements. Again, you’re a nothing to me, and quite honestly, you came here spewing your knowledge about everything associated with Abilene. Please disappear like you appeared. No one needs you here stirring the pot about something you heard through the rumor mill. Believe me, you dislike me? Join the club, far better people then you feel the same way about me.

 

Not material, hard work that has an end result. Happiness? My happiness comes from my marriage to a wonderful hard working wife of 25 years, my healthy successful kids, my grandkids, the material things? Nothing was handed to me, everything was earned.

I do need to apologize to the folks here though, I’m sorry I lowered myself to this amoeba.

 

Lol. Just finalized some more material happiness. My wife and I are taking our annual vacation in February to celebrate our anniversary, that’s a week in Barbados. Our 3 week trip to Greece and the Greek Isles will be in July to celebrate her birthday. If your still hanging around you’ll see some of the pictures I’ll post. I hope you will enjoy them. I’ve been told I take excellent pictures when we travel.
