I had 1 driver that always took the passenger seat out of his truck and at a Christmas party his wife asked me why I was so cheap and would not buy the extra seat so he could take a passenger:biggrin_25523:

We are going out of Ft Lauderdale. Talk about being hassle free. It's 32 miles from my house to the port. Drop my luggage at the curb, then long term park the car and on the ship in 30 minutes. We are going to Bonaire, Barbados, St Lucia and Grenada. We have cruised from Miami to San Diego thru the Panama Canal, and Miami to Barcelona, not to mention about 10 other Caribbean cruises over the years. Can't beat the price or relaxation, sure beats bouncing around in this truck.

I'm parked for the night at Whites in Raphine. We drop and hooked at 9 pm last night in Madison Ga. Made it to Richmond at noon today. My Tracy load was sitting on the yard. Fueled showered then Brandon got here with about an hour left on his clock. My reset will be done at 5:01am, then it's 3, 950 mile days in a row. Ain't nothing but a thing. I'm glad I got this reset in, I was down to 30 hours left on my 70. Be safe all. Those home enjoy your long weekend, the rest of us, be safe. God bless.

You were a step behind me. Went down to Jarratt last night to pick up a BH going to Groveport. Went back to the yard to hang out and switch back to days since that BH fiasco Mon and Tue put me on nights. Left the yard at 1130 and stopped at Whites for a 30 about 1400. Dropped here in Groveport and got a reload that I'll pick up in the morning. Mableton, GA Mon at 0400 the Largo and Oldsmar Tue morning.

My CB dilemma is solved. I like this T680, well designed, rides great, a pleasure to drive, but really, the best thing these engineers could come up with is an overhead opening that only fits a Cobra 29? So much for my Connex. I bought a 29 Classic, black and chrome, peaked and tuned, Connex echo board, new RK 56 with the metal cord, sounds awesome, gets out like I want it, but guess what? These Mickey Mouse, jack off antenna suck. I wasn't able to get my SWR's set anywhere near right. I wound up buying two Francis antennas, new coax and tearing my whole headliner apart to run the new coax. I'll give KW some positive feedback though, the dismantling of the headliner and overhead console went back together without any issues. So, I now have a Cobra radio set up to my liking, about 400 light in the pocket, just so I can have late night entertainment.
