So much for trying to switch back to days. BH is a pain in the keester. Got up and checked in with Groveport at 0730 and they said nope. Finally hooked up to my load at 1900. 22 hours at Groveport. Called the guy from Mableton and told him I was just leaving and the earliest ETA would be 0530. Got there at 0536, unloaded and ran down to The J at Jackson. Have to be in Largo at 0500 and then Oldsmar.

Don't you just love when someone else screws up, it then becomes your problem to deal with. Gotta love BH.

Sitting here at Costco in Tracy getting empty. So far I've been over Donner twice now with Brandon, once at two in the morning and once at five in the afternoon, both times he's slept through it. And, if I remember correctly, he slept coming down Cabbage 2 weeks ago. I've explained to him all the joys of trucking he's missing while asleep.

Got assigned a repower. Had to swap with a driver that was out of hours in Stockton and head down to L.A. with a load that drops in Burbank in the morning then Hollywood. I'm being chauffeured down this rough ### 5 freeway. We will spend the night at the J in Frazier Park tonight then head in early in the morning. I'm amazed how a flat straight road can't have the bridge and freeway the same level, it feels like the bridge is about two inches higher then the road.

Hmmm, I called dispatch yesterday like the good little soldier I am(yep, sarcasm) & was told to call back today after 9 am. Ok. Then this morning at 840, I get a call for a 2 stop LL (Yuck) load 827 miles to the first stop for 8 am in Comstock Park MI and 2 pm in Traverse City MI. Oh, and it was supposed to depart at 9 am. Yeah, so not happening! I left home 40 minutes later, had to go pick up my Mty, and get to LL. I got there at 11, left at 1130 and btw, their scales were broken again! Rolled on and only stopped 2x. Once to scale and for my 30 min break. And still have 330 miles to go. Heavy loads and my truck do not get along. If I slow down even a little on an uphill, I may as well forget it. Is anyone else having this issue? I know they messed with my computer time before last I had a pm done and I've been telling them about it ever since.
