On our way to Oregon with a 6000 lbs hill phoenix load that delivers 10pm Monday, really 1 am Tuesday if we stay on an East Coast clock. This gives both my trainee amd I to get into a proper team schedule without driving exhausted. I must encourage anyone going west through Ohio and Indiana to travel during the day. At night both states are a construction nightmare. Even though I grew up in the Midwest (well in age anyway I never did acquire height, hehe) I am baffled by the cluelessness these people use in marking off workings zones.

Home. Finally. I go from one headache (training), to another, (honey do). Nix the relaxing time off off the list and replace it with replacing my pool pump motor, and having the Maytag repair man come out and fix our refrigerator. Oh well, such is life
I spent all day sleeping and resting at the terminal Friday, my clock was up at 4pm, but I made the mistake of telling Joe Jr. in the shop about my check engine light being on the last 14,000 miles. At 4:15 I was up at the KW dealer having a few new updates installed. I was done and back at the yard at 6:45, and on my way south at 7:30. My new problem is my E-Log took a dump so I had to run paper logs home this week end. That will be Mondays phone call. I deliver about 6 miles south of my house at 8am Monday, then come back home and leave out on Wednesday. For now it's the honey do list.gntorres61, Lonesome and DevilDog79 Thank this. -

Just got back from checking on my delivery for the morning. For 10 years my wife and I shopped at this Publix I need to deliver to in the morning, it's sure different with a big truck going to the store then a car. I'm glad I went, now at least I saw which way to get to the loading dock. I took the 6 year old grandson with me, I had to bribe him with Ice cream so he wouldn't tell his grandmother we both had Ice Cream Sundaes, with, nuts, whipped cream and chocolate. Along with 2 cherries each. We'll see how long this secret lasts.
DevilDog79, The Challenger, FLATBED and 1 other person Thank this. -
