We are still sitting in ABQ with the truck at Bruckner Volvo. It went for an alignment today. I called them at 4:45, and they said the truck is ready for pick-up. I asked if the chewed up steer tires were replace, nope. They say it needs new tires right away, but Abilene did not authorize that. And it still pulls to the right.
I told him that it is not fixed, he said tell Abilene that. They have been going back and forth with them over this. It's too late to reach anyone at Abilene, so I called breakdown again. Got the number of the guy who is in charge of our truck, and will call him in the morning.
This truck needs to be fixed before I pick it up, this doesn't make any sense. The service guy said, we checked wheel bearings, king pins, and had it aligned. What else can it be? I explained that this is the second alignment we have had done, it must have a factory defect. Something is wrong, the front tires clearly show it. The wear has really been accelerating lately.

Why does this keep coming up as a new post?

This was announced today. Apparently a former driver didn’t like the settlement and feels the affected drivers should get more then the attorneys, which I agree with.MidWest_MacDaddy and Lonesome Thank this.
