This is the world today. Nobody cares about anything. I got bored sitting around the house and a nice little security job came open and I accepted it. BOY OH BOY! Talk about people not giving "a rats arse about doing the right thing". The young "boy" who relieves me cannot get to work on time, he comes to work in his T shirt never in uniform. Another guard needs to be in a mental ward, he sits and watches children's movies on the Internet. Another guard brings her problems to work with her and I do not think she knows how to smile.
It is very serious that I will last in this job. I am thinking very seriously about going back to driving, but at my age, nobody wants me, EVEN MY WIFE, LOL

Even working locally I’ve noticed that customers that rely on our chemicals to keep running, refuse to let us anywhere near their offices or restroomsLonesome Thanks this.

OMG... x 2
I bet that second guy didn’t even look in the trailer when he closed the doors... if he had there is no way he’d be making eye contact with the guy who is picking it up.
Blows my mind!!! -
You can’t miss all that trash. More than likely, he probably was laughing thinking he’s sure glad he’s not the poor sap that is getting that mty. Guess he got a rude awakening.MidWest_MacDaddy, jarhead0311, runningman0661 and 2 others Thank this.

Amen to that... glad someone made him go back to do it... probably no possibility he picked up and moved an empty from one place to another and never opened it? Probably not, I’d be hiding my head and avoiding eye contact with the driver on his way in to grab it.
Unbelievable -
What is Abilene’s policy about the truck parking when taking it home on home time? Can you drop the trailer and lock the kingpin at a safe location and bobtail home a few miles if necessary?
-
Yes. As long as the trailer is secure.Lonesome and Flatbedder 1966 Thank this.

Open enrollment. November 14th-ish through 27th-ish. Plan year begins January 1st. And wouldn’t you know it, I need about $6,000 worth of stuff done that I hope I can put off until then. I’m not trying to spend the deductible at the end of the plan-A PLAN THAT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY ENDED.
