Just the traffic and road conditions on 10. Or 20. Like there’s never really a good time to hit around the NO area. It seems like they’re competing with IN for the worst roads award. Unless all that has changed in the 2.5 years I’ve been local.

 

I see you somehow managed to escape Wheeling.

 

I did,but my stuff still hasn't.

Driver was nice enough to stop by,and bring me back to Richmond.

 

That’s the ONLY way I’d get into an OTR truck. If no one else’s butt has made an indentation in the drivers seat. Even if it does have all those darn beeps and buzzers.

 

Wow, I actually got a preplan day before Im empty. Deliver this BH in Columbia,SC tomorrow morning then deadhead to Savannah yard to get a load to drop in Wytheville. Never been to Savannah yard yet. Looks like two entrances on sat view, which do I go in?

 

If anyone gets a load to Wintersville, US 22 will be closed for two weeks starting the 26th on the west side. Will have to go in from I79 those two weeks. They have a detour up but looks like not made for trucks though. The intersection looks kinda like this: < at OH rte 800 and US22. The top half of the less than symbol would rep 22 and the bottom rte 800. Bet there will be a lot of stuck trucks those two weeks.....

I avoid US-22 ever since another trucker almost ran me off the road on a curve. I just take I-70 to I-470 to OH-7.
