We get online surveys, too. Supposedly anonymous, but several years ago, they had a survey, and then a week later, a list of employees who hadn't taken it.....

I do. And that’s supposed to take the place of any raise, bonus? I haven’t had a raise in 3 years. First year, I was still OTR, just running short runs and was told I didn’t run enough miles to justify a raise. Gee, it’s not like I was just ##### off. And yes, asked for one-2x so far. Their response to questions about both? The exact BS answer you just gave. Doesn’t give the company the right to treat those that are local-not just me-and do actually do their job, like second class citizens. And folk wonder why I have an attitude.
