    Uline here in PA is looking for customer service reps. The one major requirement is that applicants have a Bachelor's Degree. It doesn't matter what discipline, just that they have A college degree.

    Degrees are getting more and more useless if even a CSR position requires them. Nothing new but getting ridiculous anymore.

    I’m not anti college... I enjoyed my four years and worked many years in my field... but anymore everyone thinks that they need to start 100k in debt which just isn’t the case.

    But thankfully college will soon be free... ;-)
