Fo sho. Plus a PM. They also found a cracked flex pipe on the exhaust. They replaced that, put on the old clamps, and boom, it started leaking again. Come to find out after a few calls to Volvo, they needed to change the clamps as well. Apparently the clamps when exhaust leaks on them, expands the clamps and they become useless, so they had to change those as well, but they didn’t have any in our parts department, our local Volvo dealer didn’t have any, so they had to drive down to Rocky Mount NC to get them. They also ran a software update and found out the reason my check engine light came on was because a nox sensor was going bad. All in all it was an all day affair. I’m hooked to a load that delivers in Cincinnati tomorrow at 3pm. Then up to Groveport to grab the Boars Head 2 stop Oregon load.

Sometimes the planners act like kids I swear. Told my DM Id be in NC this morning to unload and she messaged planners over and over and still no preplan yet. DM said this morning that Wytheville was waiting on Victor and Victor was waiting on Wytheville.....Im only 100 miles from Wytheville so I thought Wytheville would be planning me.....hope one of them does something soon.....
MidWest_MacDaddy and JohnBoy Thank this. -
Deadhead 222 miles to the middle of bumfukt NC for a load of flooring going to LL in Sandston, VA. Went to the wrong warehouse first but they had a good drawing posted of where I was and needed to go. They got two warehouses. They oughta put a big sign marking which place is shipping and which is receiving to fix things.
MidWest_MacDaddy, Lonesome and JohnBoy Thank this. -

Hometime starts tomorrow. Unfortunately, I am still 7 hours away from the yard and I'm out of hours. Kinda torqued about it, too.
Gonna get up at 4:31am tomorrow, soon as my reset his 10hrs 0min, and drive this trailer to the yard and drop it. I will be arriving at the yard sometime between 11:30am and noon, depending on how many times I gotta stop to pee.
Load is due to be delivered in Midlothian at 11:00am.Lonesome, MidWest_MacDaddy and JohnBoy Thank this. -
How often are steer tires replaced? 150k, 200k?
