Whelp. It’s official. I can’t eat even the simplest of things. Took me 12 hours to eat a pudding cup. When I tried a Ritz cracker, let’s just say it was not pretty. I wish I could just go home, but I’m on a 72 hour hold per safety so I can’t drive the truck until Sunday noon. Stuck in the Super 8 behind the Flying J at xit 80 in Wytheville. No rental cars available at all (and believe me, I have checked !). At least I’m not stuck in the truck. Thank heavens for Kevin, Paul and Ferrell in the Wytheville office. I wouldn’t have made it to the hospital or here without them. Kevin was adamant about the room, even before we found out I’d have to be here for 3 nights. so, Sunday I’ll be limping back to RVA and then heading home to hopefully find out just what the heck is going on. I mean, I know I need to loose weight, but…..geez! Gotta keep the my wicked sense of humor, don’t ya know.

One of my favorites is actually Augusta GA. Tight turn around, but nice and quiet and safe-at least it was the last time I was there 3-4 years ago. Stop at the tiny Pilot right there beforehand and be set for the night.

And one in Winter Haven FL. Get there the night before and sleep like a baby. Quick unload and back to sleep on the street until reload comes across.

Ive only been to Augusta once, thought the guy was kidding me when he said I could turn around there but he was right, even with a van there parked in the way. Never been to the winter haven one yet.

Yeah, they all had bent load bars in them and were really dirty with wood pieces, no matter which one you chose it needed cleaned out. Could tell they were all looked in recently being all the latches and doors weren't fully closed.

Probably nothing that about 200 hand pumps wouldn’t cure.

No it had just enough when you cleared the alarm to crank over. When I picked it up I cut the unit off to save the battery,it wouldn't stay running anyway.
