Would someone please explain to me how to pair my phone with my radio so I can listen to my music? TY
-
I’m no help. As you can see, the silver cord goes from my phone to the USB port on the radio. I run the SiriusXM app off my phone along with my music collection.Lonesome Thanks this.

Finally. Time to put the campers and boats away.

Button on the upper left-hand corner of the stereo. Little icon on it that looks like a phone. An actual old-timey landline phone. Hold that button down.
Little display will change. Will probably say something like "BT ENABLED" or "CONNECT PHONE". Turn the volume dial until it reads "ADD PHONE". Press the volume dial.
Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and put it in "discovery" mode. Different phones have different ways of doing this, so you're on your own.
Once your phone is in discovery mode, you'll get a list of nearby Bluetooth devices. Look for one that says something like "DEA500 Stereo". Probably don't wanna do this on the yard because you'll get a bunch of entries like that from everybody's truck. Click on it and confirm that you want to connect to it.
You'll get a PIN that will show up on both the radio display and your phone. Confirm that this is the correct device. Your phone will start talking to the radio.
Once your phone is connected, you will need to look slightly above and to the right of the volume dial for a button labeled "SRC". Press that button and then turn the dial until you see "BT AUDIO SOURCE" on the display. Press the volume button.
Now you're connected and can listen to your phone through the truck stereo.MidWest_MacDaddy, Lonesome, thedouble and 1 other person Thank this. -
