So I finally made it back to US35. I had heard from here that the new section of road was starting to open up but this was the first time I made it back that way.
Was on the phone with Mrs Midwest when I was getting close and it snuck up on me quickly. Turned out pretty nice.
That plus that section at Beckley is finally finished too I see. It’s probably been done for a while.
Between both of those jobs being completed, it’s a pretty good smooth run now… until the next projects start again… lol

Just drove past the Utility Trailer plant in Atkins, VA. Saw a fleet of 30 or so shiny brand-new Abilene reefers on their back lot.

Gotta love walking in and out of a shipper's office three times since operations/planning couldn't give all the info needed to get loaded the first time....probably going to be light load being it is going to bed, bath and beyond.

Sure would be nice to have one consolidated site to access all the information we need… could still be sourced at the State level just give us one stop shopping.

But when it come to Wyoming, and you run it quite a bit during the winter, I prefer this and not a third party.

Just wanted to say thank you for this. I didn't know that this existed and I've been driving for 3 years. I did a search for every state's 511 app so obviously I had no hope of finding this, since
1. it's not called the Oregon 511 app and
2. Oregon has discontinued this as an app so I had to put the website on my iphone homescreen. Pretty dumb if you ask me but at least they have a 511. I do like how it gives you what chain restrictions are up and how they differentiate between having to carry chains and actually having to chain up.
Thank you for this JohnBoy!MidWest_MacDaddy and JohnBoy Thank this.
