Yeah, tis true. I did my job and showed on time and police said I couldn't stay parked blocking the main road and can't block the parking lots either so I had to go to the Loves 20 miles away and wait. Just worried Im going to get reamed even though I did nothing wrong.

Get a paid 34 reset in, watch some football if your so inclined, and enjoy a weekend off. Works for me.

I've gotten layover for similar situations before. You should be fine.

Finally get a reconfigured load plan to take the load to Wytheville, my 14 caught up too much so I gotta drop tomorrow.

Invest in a set of auto socks, perfect for a situation like that. Quick and easy to install, and can give you traction on a icy lot like that.

I got back in the truck on Tuesday. Drove to Atlanta. Drove back to Richmond.

Engine fan ran almost non-stop the entire time. I kept a weather eye on the temp gauge and, while it seemed to be running just a tad hotter than normal, wasn't anything that would cause the engine fan to run non-stop.

So the truck is back in the shop and I am back in the apartment for the moment.

Dunno what an "always on" engine fan signifies, but I don't imagine it's any good.

    Lonesome Thanks this.
