Exactly, John. But, I'm pretty sure it isn't going to change. Which is why I haven't felt all that bad about the time I've had to be off lately. I was asked if I was going to just take tomorrow since both my mother and I have appts. Nope, taking the weekend. There are more important things in life than the almighty dollar, although I have made my share. Albeit not quite as much as you, but I'm happy with it. Dispatch time mgmt does suck. We should be preplanned every time. I have not heard of a company that waits EVERY time to get a next load. But, I just give it just as much attention as they do and move on.

I've been trying to figure out how I can make this drop at 7am in the morning, drive 650 miles to Paris Texas, and drop my final drop at 8am, if anyone has a solution to this please enlighten me.

Got a good nights sleep, finally. Maybe that's all I needed in order to relieve me of my over the top bad mood about these last few days. I'm going to have a good day, not gonna get too upset about the goings on of operations and my truck, if it turns south during the day I'm just putting in for hometime a little earlier and go home. Have a great day all.

Well the saga of this load has light at the end of the tunnel, hopefully it's not a train. They got this drop rescheduled for 8pm tonight as a work in, wonder how long 10 pallets of product needs to be worked in. We will be there right at 6pm. We shall see. Stay tuned. Here's a little humor for the start of our day. We got up at 5am, took showers, then drove the 10 miles to our drop. We were done in 15 minutes, then drove back to the J for bathroom break and coffee to go. 8 coffee urns and not one drop of coffee to be had out of every one of them. Really? And no one lifting a finger to make any. Unreal.
