How does it feel to be driving your last truck before you retire? Congratulations JB, safe travels.

You’re only as old as you feel, and I feel 125.

Little by little it is falling into place. January I got my last 2 year medical card, February I got my last renewal CDL, March I got my last new assigned truck. The rest of the check points will be addressed soon. Very exciting times.

I had a crew of idiots do that “Chinese fire drill” crap to me once at a red light. The light turned and I mashed on it. They had to walk half a mile to get back in the car. :biggrin_25523:

Got my drop off in Bozeman MT Monday. 90 across SD Sunday was a bit dicey. After the drop I made it to Missoula for my 10. Had snow packed roads the 96 miles to the top of Lookout Pass then clear sailing down to Madras Oregon where I took my 10 last night. Left this morning and got my 2 Prineville drops off by 8:30.

My reload was sitting on my QC when I got back in my truck after my last drop. Deadhead 455 miles to Reno for a live load Friday morning going to Savannah Ga. This works out perfectly. I’ll need a reset when I get to Reno, I’ll have 45 minutes left on my 70. Will be headed home next Tuesday for a week off.

Unloaded my BH in Huntsville, AL then deadheaded to Forrest City to drop my empty reefer off and put my truck in the shop for a PM service. They also were trying to fix my camera since my DM keeps getting messaged about an error with it. Walked out to hear the mechanics getting frustrated with the Haji they were talking to on the phone, was kind of funny when they hung up on him, lol! Needs some datalink cable so gotta reroute me back when they get the part. Going to do a reset and head back out to Reno again.
