Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

Wow, well they are sending me to the Knight shop for tomorrow morning. Prob going to have me drive it too then. Ill see if I can red tag it in WM then move trucks since they got a bunch sitting there last time I was there.

 

Welp, either FlattieC is driving for us again, or they hired someone that looks just like her.

 

I don't think Knight contacted Abilene and just sent me to one of their vendors. Definitely needs a new turbo with the oil in it but I have no loss of power or any other issues. Was hoping I could have just got it to WM and got into another truck there instead of this game Im playing here in Fontana. One to two days just to have it fully diagnosed then the parts availability....waiting to see what Abilene wants to do with me after calling my DM.

 

Go down to Farmers Boys for me and have some zucchini Miss that place!!

 

Had to drop my truck at the Volvo dealer and waiting for arrangements to be made to get me to Phoenix to get s truck we have there somewhere. Supposed to have a another driver take me I guess. Would have nice if we had a truck here....

They didn't want to pay for a hotel room and Volvo dealer won't let you stay on property since they close midnight to seven in the morning so had to tell them Ill bring the truck back in the morning. Service guy's look on his face was priceless when I told him that, lol! Driver supposed to pick me up in the morning after loading n LA then to Phoenix to see what truck is sitting there.....

 

That is one big fuster cluck you have going on.

 

It sure is and is frustrating. I wish I would have been allowed to chance getting to WM to get into a truck where I could just transfer my stuff easy too. Two days wasted with this....
