Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

Delivery in morning,hometime this weekend coming up.

Me an Abilene need to talk,need to get home more,I'm pretty much regional,and staying out 3 weeks at a time,that's a no Bueno.

 

Had breakdown set me up at the Loves in Bidwell, OH off US35 to get the burned out lights fixed on this trailer. Normally they aren't busy when I come here for anything needing fixed. Three hours later Im finally in getting fixed but 14 had caught up to me. Sent breakdown macro since the terminal manager isn't answering her phone today in WM of which Im supposed to contact now until I get a new DM. Told them might need the appt. time pushed out few hours now since I had to wait so long to get fixed. Really the knucklehead's fault that dropped this trailer like this. They need to get rid of these 6 series trailers.....

 

Tried getting a hold of a planner, no answer so left voice mail.....Im glad this aint a battlefield cuz with no communication Id have been dead by now.....my clock is shot now since I started 0130 this morning thanks to breakdown taking forever to approve stuff....like I said earlier it goes back to the idiot that dropped the trailer like this...

 

Welp, I'm off for two weeks. Y'all drive safe.

Well, the rest of the ppl quit too in WM and Nan, the terminal manager, is by herself again until Richmond gets her some help. She said they just never showed up. Chris ended up calling me and said they are going to wait a couple days to see how far I am before they decide to reschedule.

 

Ah, the memories! If I decided to become a radio DJ, I'd keep the nickname. "Deuce in the morning." Has a nice ring to it. Nice to be remembered! Even for that. Love Self defecating humor! BTW what ever happened to Craig "Big Brin" Brinson. He's the one that dubbed me with the moniker. Perhaps in reference to my driving skills or lack thereof in addition to my regularity.

 

Haven't heard from him, seen a post from him or anything in 8 years.

When people leave WM in mass, maybe that should tell the powers that be that there’s an issue. Clueless!
