400 mile load was changed to a 3 stopper goong down towards Tampa,for Thursday morning.

 

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a capitalist through and through, but this country could use fewer big companies and a lot more smaller companies. (Not a political but rather economical statement)

 

Jealous!!!

 

A lot of the times a company can get too big for it’s britches so to speak and it causes more problems than people realize especially when it comes to communication…not always but more likely than not…

 

And too much power or influence within a market, especially if several end up pulling together, and making it hard for smaller operations to compete. Economies of scale is nice for the big boys but only harms the industries.

More a comment on all industries (cell phones, etc) and not specifically about K/S

 

Healthy competition and business is always a good thing… Monopolization is a bad thing no matter what industry…

Research how many companies supply almost the entire grocery store and try not to gasp when you start realizing how much that could effect everyone.

 

It’s funny you bring this up I was reading an article about that just the other day on the porcelain throne. There’s like 5 companies that own almost literally everything you buy. Proctor & Gamble, Nestle, General Electric, Johnson & Johnson and someone else. They have sooo many brands under their umbrella it’s insane. My baby mama was on a kick years back about how Nestle was evil so she wasn’t goin to buy anything they sold. Well surprise surprise, that’s near impossible.
