    Reasoning was that according to the regs, CFR 383.83, trucks speedometers are only required to be accurate to within +/- 5mph at 50 mph.

    Hazmat spill on the WV turnpike. Turnpike is shut completely down between Charleston and Beckley. They're anticipating a 24-hr clean-up, so it will be closed until tomorrow. Plan your routes accordingly.

    Had to detour today,it's about 70 miles longer.

    Not to bad,has a couple steep grades,I don't think West Virginia,has a road in the hole state,that doesn't have a hill on it.
