BH to Pensacola and Daphne. CB saved my butt this morning. I71 was shutdown due to a bad truck wreck south of Columbus and routing everybody off onto OH-56 but no traffic control showing what way to go. Thankfully somebody knew and directed me over the CB.

 

Change of plans. Took 2 weeks of my vacation starting Monday. Not because l wanted to. My mom was rushed to the hospital early Saturday morning. She turns 88 in 2 weeks. Been dealing with Dr’s and specialists for her. Got some bad news yesterday. My brother flew in from Oregon, I’m here and need to stay, my wife, who is the glue that keeps everything together is dealing with all the Dr’s and tests being scheduled. I’m just emotionally spent. We all could probably use a prayer or two right now.

 

So sorry JohnBoy. That kind of news no one needs to hear. I wish you and your family all my prayers and hope for a good outcome. Hang in there.
