Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

I hate when BH ppl don’t show on time…..0430 appt and nobody around yet here in the Vegas place. Im blocking the whole parking lot too. They never answer the phone either.

They finally showed 0600…..If they aren’t showing up til 0600 then they oughta tell the driver to show up at 0600 and not say 0430. Got sent to Colton to drop the reefer and grab an HP off the yard going Memphis. Just north of Kelbaker Rd in Ca saw a female western express driver try and drive over the uneven dirt median to do a Uturn and promply got herself stuck with her front out in the left lane of the south bound side of I15. Bet CHP has a field day with her.

 

I remember doing that Vegas run,was told to deliver a day early,all I heard was they need the product bad,show up and nobody's there.

Another driver came in behind me,and they told him the same thing lol

 

On hometime for the weekend. Got set up with a load to Arizona, leaving Monday. Been a while since I've been out west, so I was looking forward to the miles.

Then I lost a filling yesterday, leaving me with a huge hole in one tooth. So now instead of starting my trip to Arizona on Monday, I will be visiting the dentist for an emergency dentist appointment.

I imagine there will not be another load out west come Tuesday.
