Just called into Tim. I emailed him while on the ship to do a check call, he asked me if I had a life and told me not to speak to him until we got off the ship. He did say they have 70 trucks down here in Florida today and that I will probably be held over until Wednesday. That's fine with me. I could use an extra day off.

How did the captain feel about meeting a real walk on water legend.
He wasn't too overly impressed.
But he knew throwing you overboard or having you walk the plank (walk on water ) was not going to workJrdude5, joseph1135 and JohnBoy Thank this. -
He didn't believe me when I told him the walking on water deal, I told him to read TTR and see what I've been accused of.bigred81, joseph1135 and FLATBED Thank this.

Home another night. We went out and got our Christmas tree today. I spent the day putting up the Christmas lights on the house, tonight my wife and I will decorate our tree. Too bad I have to get back to work. I kinda like this time of year.

Hey hope you guys had a great time! It was a good first week solo. Brian was giving me all sorts of crap! It was a little slower where he was. But this week he's ahead of me so time to give him a little crap back. It took a little while to get a load the Monday following Thanksgiving but they got me one and headed out at 4pm to pickup paper in Savannah, GA. I took that load to the yard and they were able to fix a coolant issue I was having which turned out to be the heater core under the bunk. They got me fixed within two hours of pulling in that evening. I got dispatched leaving the next morning with a load from the yard to West Memphis yard. Got there and rescued a load that had to be in Rogers, AR that afternoon. From there headed over to Bruce Hardwoods in West Plains, MO for a load that delivered to Lumber Liquidators in Sanston, VA. I was back in the yard on Saturday by around 4pm and turned a little over 3200 miles.Last edited: Dec 8, 2014
