Guessing they don’t like driving on ridged floors. Got loaded with a knight dry van, lol! Swiped the two load locks in it too.

 

Looking at my settlement sheet and pay screwed up again but it is my new DM and TM fault again though. Should have gotten almost three days layover pay cuz I sat two days in a row at Wytheville and not offered anything and sat all day friday cuz the BH load wasn’t ready until 2300 after being emptied at 0730 that morning and my deadhead miles from the house to Wytheville missing too. Talked to the TM and get told can’t pay that much layover….well I don’t work for free and it isn’t my fault nothing was offered or available. I let drill instructor voice come out needless to say. Supposed to work stuff out in the morning he says. Really needed that 550$ missing for reasons I don’t want to say out in the open but will say it is a life and death situation. My days might be numbered here if stuff not rectified…..I don’t know what y’all think but Im sure you would probably be angry too. I put the darn macros in and did my part.

 

Say this lighthearted,but I bet payroll has had a good laugh at my settlements the past couple weeks,they could have just bundled them together.

Dropped my New Castle,and bobtailed to Groveport for a gatorade to Wytheville,delivered that,now deadheading to Wilson to drop empty,and headed home for the weekend.

 

Thankfully started a 34 til Sunday cuz I need to decompress after last week and this week….talked to Sarah about missing pay and empty mileage wasn’t put in until after pay cut off even though I reminded my DM Thursday and pay roll didn’t receive the lay over from my DM and twice reminded her to put it in Thursday and Friday. DM told me TM has to approve it though and he didn’t. Two weeks my pay was messed up now due to TM not putting stuff in cuz apparently DM not able to for whatever reason. Argued with TM today about the lay over….he still wanted to screw me out of it and tried to lie to cover his butt but I told him my logs would prove otherwise. Gonna have to call payroll Monday to double check he did put it in. TM came from knight and I suspect he thinks he is going to “save” Abilene money by taking from drivers and what not. Just a conspiracy theory….every time I go into the office he is always on the phone talking “at knight we did this and did that”. Makes me wonder if knight ever got sued for wage theft. Never had problems getting lay over, detention and vacation pay until he came along. Heck, never had to raise my voice as much either. I apologize I complain so much in here. Venting my frustrations over not getting paid because he dropped the ball two weeks in a row and it has dire consequences now cuz of recent ### up that I can’t talk about out here in the open….almost called him a corporate weeny but held my tongue today…..

 

Don’t feel bad @jarhead0311. They put some stuff on my DAC that is not true after leaving this time. The recruiter said she could tell it wasn’t true because there was nothing negative on my MVR and my PSP, but bigger companies might just pass on me if I wasn’t able to explain how they are. I have already filed a dispute. One of the companies I am looking at told me about it. Also, they didn’t want to verify that I worked there from 2013-2021. Who does that? Oh yeah, Abilene.
