How many miles on your truck? I’m hoping to get 10 new ones put on when my next service is due in November.

I have 185,968 but my drives were wearing out on inside treads and steers were missing chunks with all the rough roads out west and what not.

Cool. I have 210,000 on the drives and 135K on the steers. My drives are basically at their end of useful winter effectiveness. Guess I’ll be in store for some new sneakers.

Yeah, I was happy they got replaced cuz I don’t really like the drives that come on them from the factory. I prefer the lugged if you know what I mean by that.

    JohnBoy Thanks this.

Back on the road after a weekend with the kids. Took my son to the AAF Tank Museum in Danville for his birthday. Sadly, they're about to close up shop for good after 42 years, and they've sold several of their exhibits. But they still had some cool stuff, including a T72 from Czechoslovakia, an M60 Patton, several APCs, and lots of other neat gear. I am not much of a tank or military buff, but my son is and he was in high cotton.

And now I'm back in Danville, though not at the Tank Museum. Picked up a load of Pepsi in Newport News yesterday, delivering to Pepsi in Danville. No idea where they'll send me next.

Only thing I hate about getting new tires is the nasty scratched and black dirty wheels they tend to put on since tires are pre-mounted.

Pretty sure they’re off all the wrecked trucks we have sitting around.

    Lonesome and jarhead0311 Thank this.
