I waited till I had good insurance and got one. Best decision I’ve made. Have only skipped one day after getting it and never did it again.

34 up tomorrow and next load is hill phoenix to Iowa. Hopefully ready in the morning instead of 1630 like qcomm says. Not due til Monday though so can technically grab it and park on yard and leave Saturday and still be close Sunday or just grab it Saturday and roll and take an extended 34.

 

Got to hill phoenix on old stage and discovered they got the trailer number wrong. Climbed into the trailer I thought was mine to check order numbers and they matched, trailer number was two digits off. Load assignment and bills say 7689 but 7687 was the correct number. Of course my truck decided to start a regen so gotta wait for that to be finished before taking off.

Finally!

 

Unloaded in Mo this morning,and was deadheaded back to New Castle,for that Alpharetta,Ga load for Wednesday morning.

 

Kicked off my 7 coolers/freezers at a small hill phoenix warehouse near the Ia/Mo border then got sent to Quincy, IL to one of them cave places to load can goods going to a family dollar warehouse north of Columbus for tomorrow morning. Thankfully was an easy cave place to navigate and pull straight forward then back straight back into the docks. Though it did get cluttered on the way out with a few non-english drivers getting confused because they couldn’t read the signs guiding you back into businesses. Also blew two trailer tires coming out of the cavern on a little bit of a lip where concrete sunk. Waiting on Loves to come fix me. Said two hrs, hope it is only two hrs cuz I hope to get sleep before having to roll out at 0200 to get to Ohio by 1030 am.

 

Man this dollar warehouse is the slowest Ive been to yet. Took an hour and a half to get to the guard shack then another 30 minutes waiting for office ppl to check in. Don’t know why they set this up as a live when we apparently drop here cuz we got trailers in the lot. Was supposed to pick up Toledo load to west memphis yard for drop tomorrow but 14 caught up so can’t grab it until tomorrow morning and drop til Thursday. Im beat, started 0200 this morning.
