.16-.19 cents per mile for all miles the truck runs, depending what stage you are. Miles are anywhere from 5000-7000 per week. A new trainee, just starting out will run 5000 per week, a refresher, like what I do, will run 6000-7000 per week.

Played in snow across all of New Mexico last night. Before I gave the truck over to Ken I sent a message into dispatch to see if I can get rid of this load, there's just too much time built into it for me to have to babysit it. 20 minutes later we got a swap order. I'll be swapping with another driver in West Memphis late tonight and taking his load to Rialto Ca for midnight Monday night delivery. That equates to 6150 miles in 4.5 days, times that by my new trainer pay, well let's just say, not bad. Ken's a good driver, no issues there, I have hometime starting on the 12th, I'll have him with me until then. He lives in Jacksonville Fl. I'll take him home, then pick him up and go to NYC for one trip then that'll be it for him.

I would get a bonus, but I donate it to St. Judes children's hospital. It's very easy to find out who I am.

Took the truck over at midnight, met the other driver at the Pilot and did our drop and hook. There was no parking, he was taking his 10 so we did the switch right in the middle of the lot. I hooked and pulled out to give him back his spot then left. I got to the truck parking area at the 135mm and called it a night, at 4am. I'm getting short on hours, Ken has plenty. I'll drive until 2pm then let him finish the rest of the trip himself while I do a rolling reset.

Its where u have teams the other driver who got hours will do their break drive again to the other driver reset is up. That way the truck is not sitting for the reset its till moving. From what i am understanding. Yoda has done some too
