Oh my goodness! It's cold here in Berea KY! 9 degrees and feels like 2. Wow! I think winter needs to be gone and I haven't had to do much snow driving this year! I can only imagine what you guys have been going thru. They are expecting 8-12 inches of snow here tomorrow. I deliver at 5 am. Fingers crossed that I can actually get the 3 miles down the road to make the delivery. No o/n parking and you can only go in about 15 minutes early. I'm sure y'all know where I'm talking about. I deliver here all the time. It's usually my load coming off home time, but got this one off the Wytheville yard this morning. Running off recap, so way short on hours until I go home again on the 24th. This storm is supposed to be a doozy. Safe travels, everyone.

I am sorry if this is off topic, does Abilene hire in North East Pa. I see a Abiline tractor parked a few miles from me in Sweet Valley occasionally. He may just be visiting tho, I don't usually run that direction. I may be ready for a job change. Years ago ago I was called by Calex to turn wrenches, they came no where near matching my wage at that time. That"s when he was only 5 miles from me in Lake Silkworth before he ended up in Yatesville { Pittston}.

JB must not have internet access in the bathroom
JohnBoy and runningman0661 Thank this. -
I think there are a couple drivers from that area. We run up that way, so I wouldn't see an issue. Best thing you can do is to call recruiting and ask.JohnBoy Thanks this.

76 truck stop in Berea KY. Lovely little place (not really) except for the restaurant. Snowing like crazy & the road crews can't keep up. Fun times.
I'm sure John is resting comfortably by now and enjoying a little pampering from his wife. Although it would be fun to see what he would type under the influence of some anesthesia!!JohnBoy Thanks this. -
My wife got tired of me acting like a 59 year old baby. She went out this afternoon just to get away of my complaining. Some wife I have.

Well delayed atleast a day now due to the weather. Greyhound driver wasn't letting anyone on the bus today going to Kentucky or Virginia. His instructions were no one gets on unless their final stop is Columbus or going north. Nothing can go my way these days it seems.
