Talked to the gent who assigns trucks about the multiple problems I had with the KW. Chief amongst them was it was raining harder in the truck than outside from Richmond to Atlanta, the cup holders were full of rain water. He promptly stated the truck wasn't safe and is going to put us ( my previous trainer and I have decided to team) in a new Volvo. I was impressed and pleased with the communication and response to the problems I found. Home time, then hitting it hard as a team driver after the weekend. Hopefully my microwave will work in the Volvo lol!! Have a great, safe weekend!!
JohnBoy Thanks this. -

I'm home, actually waiting my turn to get my hair cut. Mrs. Johnboy was right on schedule to pick me up at the truck. All I can say right now is that it's good to be home. This was, by far, the most stressful 2 weeks I've had behind the wheel in years. Right now if I stay home until July it would suit me just fine. Off to do things with the wife, and it ain't got nothing to do with truck driving!
P.S. I still love my job, just don't like it right now.
