Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

Very well so far. We did 6600 miles from last Tuesday to yesterday. I train, he listens and we get along. You wanna talk about two different walks of life, he's a good ole southern boy listening to a Yankee. But hey, he's learning about life in the big city, and I'm learning about life in the small town. It works and he's doing very well.

 

That's the place. It's the second time in a week my trainee and I have been there, I did all the dropping and hooking last week at 3am, he did it today at 10am. Glad you enjoyed your vacation. I'm taking mine in August this year.

 

I'm home. Got to the parking spot at 1pm after dropping Jason off at his spot in Punta Gorda. I was packed up and out of the truck by 1:15. I'll be leaving out Tuesday, in the mean time my next 4 days consist of relaxing, swimming and a little more relaxing. Done, have a safe weekend all, see you all Tuesday, I'm back out.

 

Not this time, my biggest amount of work will be filling up my new pool raft with air.

 

Home time will end tomorrow, then back to the grind. I need to call in tomorrow morning and see who is handling Marks board. He's in the hospital having tests done, I spoke with him last night, then this happens. It kinda puts everything in perspective. I'll have a load tomorrow, but my real concern is my buddy laid up in a hospital. Get well pal, I'll do my part.
