Right, I agree. A local job is a JOB. OTR is an adventure. Not so hard to comprehend. Love my OTR.

i think most people equate OTR with 2-4 weeks on the road
this week out wed 2 am until sun 3 pm 2800 miles with 48 hours off maybe that is just regional oh and 6 docks

I wish! Bill said he gave my truck out the next day. Whoever is in it needs to get out of it!!!! I ended up with 1326. Guy up and quit the weekend before. So many things wrong with it. Was in the shop for check engine fault, bunk AC fan that sounded like a freight train, and new batteries as soon as I got it. Then on my first trip out, got almost to Raphine and the truck ABS & TCS lights came on. Communication issue they said. Roll with it they said. Now the check engine fault is back on and shifting is sketchy. So will be headed back to Richmond after delivering to go back to the shop. It's going to be a long trip back from San Antonio.

 

Come to think of it, I was in Bill's office waiting to test out of stage 1 when they said something about a truck for Tonya, I just thought there were two or a new one and didn't think about you returning.
