Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

They say 10-14 days but you can always swing by thew house under a load and if it all works right you can grab a night or two in bed with your better half, like I am this trip, which won't count towards you time off. Oh, thanks for following along with my adventures, it's because of folks like yourself that are interested that I keep plugging along.

 

If I'm not loading right away on Wednesday I'll shoot you a PM.

 

Got my first drop off in Hialeah at 8am this morning. I'm home and will get my second one off in Cape Canaveral in the morning. I spoke with dispatch this morning and was told I'll be loading tomorrow. Here's a picture of my new set of wheels.

 

Thanks. Still in with the learning curve though. First real test will be payday on the 3rd. I figure if all goes well with that then I'm doing things right. I also think if more people comment about my last company and decide not to hire on, like a few have already stated, then I guess that 2 cent raise they saved on me will come back and bite them in the gashole.
