I assume that's the recording artist that made that song popular? Yes, I know who George Strait is, just not familiar with who sang that song... Surprised it even came to mind... lol

HA HA HA.... My Abilene... Would be fun to rewrite the words to the song to reflect a trucking company instead of the town... LOL

"Abileeeene... Abileeeene... Prettiest Trucks, that I've ever seen... At Abileeeene, My Abilene"

Great, now that song is going to be stuck in my head all day or even over the weekend....

Heading to Ohio this morning then back down to Jacksonville, Florida for a Monday morning drop.

    Stay Safe,
    MD

There's a mail center in Jacksonville. Maybe they'll hook you up on these mail runs after your drop Monday morning. I just delivered. Sitting at 3522 miles now.

Sitting at the Flying J just south of Portland Oregon doing a reset. Got empty this morning at 4 am then came here to reset. Had to get my fuel filters changed this morning, my truck was missing and sputtering on every hill in Montana yesterday. I guess this is what you get with 50k service intervals.

Has anyone else heard of a change in the West Memphis terminal? Rumor has it the terminal manager is out.

    Nope, news to me.

I was wondering about 50k service... Not uber mechanically included here but was reading another thread from O/O and seemed they do thinks much earlier than 50k but I might be comparing Apples to Oranges and not know it.

you really have to know the engine oil etc to compare apples to apples
with all the places we fuel and range of temps we go thru to build codensation I am amazed there isn't more fuel filter trouble
again all fuel filters aren't created equal either

    JohnBoy and MidWest_MacDaddy Thank this.
