And I just spoke with Sandra who is our recruiter out of our West Memphis location... Had a nice chat with her. Seems like a very nice lady to work with... She has been OTR with Abilene as both solo and team so she is very familiar with driving both in general and here at Abilene... I look forward to working with her.

Been looking at Abilene for some time now.Just waiting to give current company 2 weeks notice when I get home next week,trying to leave on good terms.
Both excited and nervous about making a change not much of a jobhopper.

 

Sandra is my recruiter also. First recruiter ive met that understands and tells the truth. Waiting to hear back from here about my application.

 

Is orientation paid?

 

Leaving on good terms is always a good move... Never know if you will be going back hoping to get rehired or something.

Having said that, are you coming to Abilene? If so, do you know when your orientation date is?

 

Plan on coming over,just haven't set date yet.Will be giving company I'm with 2 week notice next week.They probally won't run me the 2 weeks,that's why I haven't set date yet,I haven't even filled out app yet, just talked with Sandra that's all,not worried though no tickets or accident's nothing to hide.
