Did you do an online application with them and list all your employers?. I asked if they needed anything else besides what I listed on the app and they said no. I don't have a patchy work history, but mine is sorta complicated.

 

I think you'll be alright never had an employer go back 10 yrs,if called in the morning again if I was you.

 

Yes that's what I did,just had my past job send me a copy of the app I filled with them.Most company's don't even go back that far.The company I just left ,i was with almost 4 yrs,fought they'll check past them.

 

They won't turn you down for job hopping... Unless it's job hopping trucking companies then maybe... But, I believe, the ten year employment history rule is a DOT requirement. So you will more than likely hit that at all OTR companies.

They contacted every employer I had in the past ten years... But then again, I only had one employer during that time frame too...

 

I haven't had a CDL job in over 10 years which is what I think the DOT requires. I did give them employer history (only 2 of them) back to 2004, but no clue if they contacted them.

 

Nope... I didn't have any CDL jobs... They, the DOT, wants companies to get every job you have held in the ten years... Including jobs at McDonalds... I could be wrong but fairly sure.

 

Abilene physical done and passed and official hire waiting only on my school certificate. Should be in Richmond for orientation on April 25th.
