I've been to BC, Alberta, Ontario and Nova Scotia. I was offered an Alaska load last summer but was on vacation. We don't have many drivers with passports but a lot of freight going up there. Your chances of going are pretty good if you have a passport.

Yea, I know. But my vocational counselor said I could do either, and he'd pay for either. So, I'm getting the big one. Never had one before. And, I have a really good friend who lives in Costa Rica. I might want to go visit one day.
And, don't you need one for Louisiana? They are VERY foreign there. -
I thought Alaska required specialized trucks with extended range tanks etc?.

I've had a passport since 1969. My wife and I have used them dozens of times for trips all over the world the last 22 years. Next up, the Mediterranean and Italy in September, oh, and the occasional trip up to the Canadian provinces until then.
MidWest_MacDaddy and KD5AXG Thank this. -
I'm so happy, I'm at Concentra waiting my turn for my DOT recertification, I'm here with about 30 of my closest friends. What am I happy about? This is my last 2 year card, the next one will be for 1 year and 10 months. I will NOT, use my last medical card one day past the 1 year 10 month mark.
bigred81, Lonesome, KD5AXG and 1 other person Thank this. -
