    Got my marching orders. 2 p/u's. The first one is exacty 1.5 miles from my house at 6am, at the Target across from my favorite Dunkin Donuts. The second one is in Orlando at noon, then I go to Tampa to pick up Carl and head to Richmond.

    I have been accepted at Abilene! Just wanted to ask you all. What's driving in the East like? Bit nervous as wanted to stay 11 Western but willing to go East with Abilene. Do they get a lot of Midwest freight?

    Does anyone know what time they usually pick up at the hotel for orientation?. I think it's 7am, but not sure and don't want to be late.

    We have a boatload of Midwest freight. As far as east coast, we have a boatload of that also. The worst interstate for me is I-95, it's the most aggressive, high speed accident prone interstate in the country, and that's just the big trucks.

    Not sure but 7am would be safe... The hotel serves a breakfast too so be sure to grab some grub... Or at least coffee.

    On the drive up yesterday I lost count of the trucks I saw weaving on and off the shoulder. Throw in a bunch of sun-stroked snowbirds heading back North to Je Me Souviens and I am amazed there were no collisions.
