Typical Canadians there ######## where did you cross at Windsor I'm sure you encountered those smugg French Canadian border guards real friendly bunch .

 

Ya, you are right there. Sadly I have to be. I want to work, but I NEED to get paid. LOL

 

I have low stamina as well from being out of work for a while. I try to remedy it by taking a bike ride or avoiding coffee.

 

It was beautiful couple days.

 

I thought it was Steak OR Lobster???
Or was it hotdogs or fish sticks???

 

Crossed at Alexander Bay... North end of I81

Beautiful area on both sides, but if you don't like very tall and very narrow bridges, you might want to cross at another point. But it was a beautiful view of the 1000 islands area.

Only funny part of the border guards was after they searched my truck they kept asking to verify if I had guns or weapons... Which I knew were not allowed... He then asked me if I was aware of their laws... I paused as I didnt know about which laws he was referring too... He clarified; laws about weapons... I responded rather casually "oh, I not carrying" ... He said, rather sternly, that he would educate me on their laws... I backed up as I knew something tweaked him... And said, ok...

He said "they are not allowed"

LOL ... Really? LOL ... Ok, tell the man not carrying that weapons are not allowed... Good eduction, thank you sir... LOL

Then, on the way to have my background search done he causally ask "why do you keep your medicine in ammo boxes"... LOL

THATS IT... Suddenly Clear Now...That's what they were fishing about. Just because I bought two cheap plastic ammo boxes from Harbor Freight to keep my meds in, they fit perfectly in the side cavity at the foot end of the bed, they think I am Rambo or something... LOL

 

They'll go bonkers over my NRA duffel bag then. LOL!
