Day 2 of training, and I am doing MUCH better than I had hoped. 6 min short of my 11 yesterday, and 40 min short today. Still having issues sleeping, as I knew I would. Dropping the trailer tomorrow, then...?
Nice to be out on the roads again. Now getting anxious to solo out. Team driving sux. I hope Bill is getting my tractor ready. LOL

Seriously? Guess nothing changes with boys, no matter how old they are. If I was your wife, let's just say you'd probably be missing what you guys consider a vital appendage. Women aren't objects- to "keep you warm" or anything else for that matter. And marriage is supposed to be sacred. If you want to screw around, just get divorced.popcorn169, YardDart and Chinatown Thank this.

Morning JB! Everything come together on the trip from Ark to California? U and Carl headed back East already?
JohnBoy Thanks this. -
That trip was easy and simple. Dropped that trailer in South Gate at 7:30 Friday night, then had to pick up a loaded trailer at the same place 7am Saturday morning going to Ardmore Ok for 8am this morning.
Got here at the Flying J last night at 9pm. Our delivery was right across the street from the entrance to the truck stop. Just now got the green light. Waiting on the next adventure.
Today is a big day in Carl's training. Starting the moment we get dispatched, he is on his own, I will drive my shift, but everything from trip planning, QC, dealing with shippers and receivers, fueling and stopping is on him. The GPS is off the dash, he has the map and truck stop directory. My job is to take notes, evaluate and go over it all with him when we are finished with the next trip.scottlav46, Rocknroller4, White_Knuckle_Newbie and 2 others Thank this.
