    This new KW, and 1552 both came off the assembly line and needed a 3 axle alignment even before they both were put on the road, both of them were out of alignment. The UAW must be real proud of the quality workmanship. Both my front shocks are shot, the front end is pulling to the right and the bouncing is off the charts, to the point that half my nuts and bolts on my side skirting and my spot mirrors on my hood aall need to be tightened. I would love to blame it all on me or my trainee, I will take part of the blame, but when a brand new $150k truck comes right off the assembly line and needs a 3 axle alignment, something is a lot more wrong then me hitting a pothole.

    I thought I would be able to wait until my 50k servicing that's due in 4k miles, but its gotten pretty bad, so that's what I will be dealing with Thursday when we get back to the Mother ship.

    These new trucks coming from the factory are not aligned. The slap tires on them and roll them off the assembly line.

    Just don't expect them to do the PM at the same time... You are still 4K away from needing that service so its not possible to do until 2k early ... Or do I was told when I ask to have my PM done 3k early...

    So expect/plan to leave the mothership knowing that you will then be returning for your 50k PM within a week or so.

    Sir, you are not seeing the positive aspects here... For every rig coming off the line needing an alignment, another worker in the chain will need to fix it... The UAW is helping to support our economy by putting more money in the pockets of their brothers... Which in turn spend said money in stores ... Win/Win!!!

    {please note the sarcasm}

    I'd take a Freightliner anyday over the KW. Don't know much about Volvo's dependability.

    My 2015 KW is heads and shoulders better than the 2016 Freightshaker I was trained in. JMHO tho.

    368 mountain miles to go and only 5.5 hrs to get there in. I thought the DM's were supposed to work around your hours, not against them.

    Haven't driven the Freightliner yet, but so far the KW has been better to drive than the Volvo.

    Came out the house today,pu an empty in Wilson,NC dropped it at Hill Phoenix in Chester,Va.Once I dropped that was sent to the yard to pu a loaded trailer that I will be dropping in IL tomorrow.

    586 miles on the day not bad for coming straight out the house,any of you guys or gals know which direction we usually head to in IL.

    Probably a broker load. Unless they have a loaded trailer that needs to be moved at the Markham drop yard.
