Yes, there is a line for it on the cover page and then they just match it up on their side.

It's just like a scale ticket... Scale for $10.50 and submit it with the BOLs when you Transflo in your paperwork.

BTW, do you have a smartphone and use the Transflo App? Can scan the paperwork right from your truck and not at the next Truck Stop.

 

And actually, when I do have a personal expense, like I have had to pay for a scale ticket a couple times since they didn't except EFS at a location, I write on the cover page than it was out of pocket as I have had times I didn't get reimbursed because they just assumed they didn't get charged for it.

 

Ok thanks. Just didn't want anyone thinking i was trying to pull a fast one being reimbursed for something i didn't pay for.

I have the transflow app haven't used it yet though. I am sure I will get back to yard or a t stop soon.

Also the trucker path app does show walmarts with truck and overnight parking. Just have to click on the store and scroll down. Maybe that's what my trainer was using.
